Livart Marine delivered a full marina upgrade for The Swan Yacht Club (SYC) in Perth, Western Australia. The project provided 32 new berths and significantly enhanced the club’s waterfront facilities, combining premium aesthetics with robust, low-maintenance design suited to local river conditions.
Design & Construction
The marina utilises Livart’s Hybrid Pontoon System, featuring a 200m-long floating concrete attenuator breakwater coupled with aluminium walkways and finger berths. This design provides the strength and wave protection of a full concrete system while maintaining the flexibility and installation efficiency of aluminium components. All modules were fabricated within Livart’s QA-controlled factory and installed to meet the club’s high standards of safety, accessibility, and visual quality.

The new SYC marina delivers enhanced protection, stability, and functionality, providing members with a world-class facility that combines structural innovation and refined presentation.
