Two Fantastic Projects Built by Livart in Cambodia

With our unremitting efforts over the years, the first private marina of Livart in Cambodia was completed in June 2017, which means that Livart has successfully entered the Indo - China market and will make greater achievements in the future. In May of the following year, Livart cooperated with Prince Real Estate Group again and completed the second excellent private marina in Cambodia in January 2019.

Located on the Banks of the Mekong River, the Prince Private Club Marina Project covers the entire design and installation of the pontoon and gangway, also the Livart’s superior quality fenders and cleats. This project took a month of engineering effort, working in tandem with the flows and tides of Mekong River, and totally provided three berths for the super-yacht.

Prince Estate Yachts Boardwalk Pier Project, located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, which covers 1 big berth for super-yacht, completed in 20, January, 2019. Cambodia Prince Estate Yachts Boardwalk Pier Project is the second excellent marina project built by Livart in Cambodia after Cambodia Prince Private Club Marina Project. The aluminium floating pontoon adopted by the project is a main floating pontoon with a size of 11250*2500 mm, the floating platform with a size of 6000*2500 mm and the gangway in aluminium 6061 T6 material size is 23500*1500 mm.

The Prince Private Club Marina Project located on the Banks of the Mekong River, the average flow rate of the Mekong River was 2.63 m/s, and the largest peak discharge reached 75,700 m3/s. The drop of the Mekong River is as high as 10 meters, this is one of the technical difficulties in building this marina. According to the geographical conditions of the Mekong river, Livart used iron chain and gangway to fix the pontoon, which makes the pontoon beautiful and durable.

Both of the tow projects meet the Australia Standard AS3962-2001. In the design and construction of pontoon, Livart strives for perfection in every detail. These two marinas are destined to become a dazzling and colorful urban landscape in Cambodia in the future, which will also promote the economic development of the city.
